Each month, we’ll explore a different yogic theme through Meditation, then we’ll move into a LIVE Soundscape Experience involving a variety of Acoustic Instruments.
What a beautiful way to invite rest & relaxation, while exploring your mind~body~spirit connection.
Regularly attending live Sound Meditations can lead to: lowering stress levels, relieving anxiety, improving the immune system and heart health, reducing pain and inflammation, & improving sleeping habits.
Blankets & bolsters will be provided. Dress in layers and please plan on joining us at least ten minutes early, to get yourself settled.
