If you’re interested in organizing PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS, you can book with me during the week or weekend!

1:1 PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES = $95 (60 mins)

• Add an ADDITIONAL, 30 minute Sound Meditation including “Soni”pressure using Tuning Forks & Metal Bowls on the body = $80

• 1:1 PRIVATE YOGA CLASS BUNDLES : One, Initial Intake Session ($95), then-

  • 5-CLASS BUNDLE = $450 ($90/1 hr class)

  • 10-CLASS BUNDLE = $850 ($85/1 hr class)

  • Add a PRIVATE, 30 minute Sound Meditation to any 1 hour class with “Soni”pressure points added, using Tuning Forks & Metal Bowls on the body = $80

You can also book PRIVATE SOUNDSCAPE IMMERSION MEDITATION sessions with me as well. (60 mins)

While you rest your physical body, I’ll take you on a meditative journey, guided by the Natural Acoustic Overtones produced by various LIVE Instruments.

Depending on how you’re feeling in your body and mind, I can tailor your session to correspond to your energy in the moment. My intention is to create space for you to access your connection to what you need, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

• 1-5ppl = $225/hr

  • FOR 1-2ppl Sessions ONLY ~ Add an extra 15 minute “Soni”pressure applied to several meridian points using Tuning Forks & Metal Bowls on/around the body = $40/person

• 6+ppl = $325/hr

PRIVATE 1:1 YOGA NIDRA 6-Session Series ~

Explore deep relaxation by moving through the Koshas (5 layers of being), as you meditate and rest to uncover/discover your soul’s true essence or heart’s deepest desire.

At the heart of this practice is a connection to the Energy Body. The intention is to shift & transform energy so that there’s a path towards healing mind, body, & spirit.

Students have shared that this work has supported them in improving sleep, relieving stress, & has provided resources to help them make clear, more consciously aligned decisions in their lives.

What do we do together?

Each session includes:

• Guided Meditation, Asana, Pranayama

• Individualized Soundscape Experience (via LIVE acoustic instruments)

• “Sono”pressure (using the vibrations from various weighted Tuning Fork frequencies on various acupressure points on the body)

• Integration through home practice in between sessions (via journaling prompts & meditation practices)

Customized SMALL Group Yoga Offerings

PRIVATE, SMALL-GROUP offerings are personalized to your specific needs!

Whether you’re looking to relax and reconnect to yourself, &/or are wanting to move in a specific, physical manner, I will tailor a class individualized to you & your group.

Hourly rates **:

• 2 - 5 People = $175/hr

Private, LARGE Group YOGA Events

Organize a group class for a fun & playful Intuitive Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, or Restorative or Yin class! We will meet outdoors, rent studio space, OR organize a Virtual Class**. The choice is up to you, get creative!

Each group class includes the use of my portable, wireless speaker (Block Rocker) & microphone setup, so you won’t miss a word or a beat!

Group classes are both FUN & economical! Is there a birthday, wedding, or other special event coming up? Bring your friends &/or family together, & let’s FLOW!

~ Ask me about adding a Sound Meditation to any class (additional fees will apply.)

• 6 to 15 People = $250/hr

• 16 to 20 People = $300hr

• Over 21 People = $350/hr

** Price breaks offered for Virtual Classes, Corporate/School events, or simply because of financial constraints. Ask for what you need.
